IW steel mesh conveyor belt

IW/SW-HE type steel curtain mesh conveyor belt is made of steel material and woven into a mesh structure by warp and weft steel wire ropes. The meridional steel wire rope and the weft woven steel wire cord should be kept straight, and the weft woven steel wire cord should always be above the meridional steel wire rope. The meridional steel wire rope is specially twisted and adopts a transparent special structure, which has better adhesive permeability. The weft steel cord adopts high elongation steel cord, which can ensure the lateral deflection and grooving performance of the conveyor belt. The longitudinal strength of IW/SW-HE steel curtain conveyor belt is 350~1600kN M-1, suitable for occasions with moderate strength requirements. It can be widely used in ore loading and unloading, metallurgical sintering plants, coke plants, cement plant lifting belts, quarries, bucket wheel loading and unloading, and occasions with small turning radii. The special structure of IW/SW-HE steel curtain conveyor belt can endow the conveyor belt with excellent impact resistance and tear resistance, making it a new type of conveyor belt with good development prospects.
